    Volume Control Damper-1

    Volume Control Dampers (VCDs) are mechanical devices used to regulate or isolate airflow in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. Typically made from galvanized steel or aluminum, these dampers feature adjustable blades or louvers that control airflow to maintain precise pressure and volume within ductwork.

    • Manual or automatic operation, including motorized options for integration with building automation systems (BAS).

    • Low-leakage designs with sealing gaskets to improve energy efficiency.

    • Suitable for commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC applications, including airflow balancing, zoning, and isolation.

    • Available in round, rectangular, or oval duct configurations, with optional insulation or fire-rated coatings.
