Aluminum foil phenolic foam board is manufactured from Phenolic Foam Pre-insulated Duct Panels and Accessories by a set of special tools. The Panels consist of panel thickness 20mm, with double-faced 60um aluminium foil, both sides faced with aluminum foil,aluminum sheet, etc. Aluminum foil phenolic foam board is accomplished by following a standardised procedure. The process is thesame regardless of the shape of the duct element: tracing, cutting, gluing, folding, taping, flangeing & reinforcement and sealing.

(1)Phenolic Foam Insualted Duct Panel is manufactured from Phenolic Foam Pre-insulated Duct Panels and Accessories by a set of special tools. The Panels consist of panel thickness 20mm,25mm,30mm, with double-faced 60um aluminium foil, both sides faced with aluminum foil, aluminum sheet, etc.
(2)Phenolic Foam Insualted Duct Panel is accomplished by following a standardised procedure. The process is the same regardless of the shape of the duct element: tracing, cutting, gluing, folding, taping, flangeing & reinforcement and sealing.
