Jet diffuser hvac also called jet diffuser, jet nozzle, eyeball diffuser, ball spout,round jet diffuser, ball diffuser hvac. They are developed for large and high areas ,such as concert halls, theaters, museum, airports,shopping centers and so on.High induction results in a rapid reduction of the temperature difference and airflow velocity.

A ball jet diffuser is a type of air diffuser that is widely used to distribute the air in a building or other indoor space. It consists of a round or oval-shaped grille that is mounted on high ceiling or wall, and has a ball-shaped nozzle that projects from the air grilles.

Because of their aerodynamic design ,they give a long throw of air flow even at high outlet velocities and reduced noise levels. The jet can be adjusted over 360°.As these jet diffusers handle different supply temperatures ,the jet can be oriented upwards or downwards (for heating or cooling mode)

VENTECH Jet nozzles are inconspicuous and discharge air long distances to the occupied zone. They can be adjusted electrically or manually and work in heating or cooling modes. Jet nozzles are used for preference where the supply air from the diffuser has to travel a large distance to the occupied zone. This is the case in large rooms (halls, assembly rooms etc.), particularly when the distribution of air via ceiling diffusers is not possible or not practical. Here jet diffusers are arranged in the side wall.

The ball jet diffusers are typically made of aluminum or plastic material.It have 12 standard sizes as 100, 125, 150, 160, 200, 250, 315, 350, 400, 450, 500 and 630mm. They can be finished with a variety of powder costing finishes such as white, anodized, black and other color to improve their appearance and durability. They may also be equipped with adjustable round dampers or other types of controls to allow the flow of air to be adjusted as needed.

The direction of the air stream from the jet nozzle can be easily adjusted manually to suit particular on site conditions.The pivoting movement can be motorized within the range of ± 30°. The electric actuators for this can be externally or internally mounted.

The jet nozzle diffuser consist of front cover,back cover, eyeball part and goose neck. It can be fixed directly to the round duct work. gasket is sealed around the back of the jet nozzle diffuser to avoid air leakage.

For installation of jet diffuse is very easy. Usually they are install to the wall or ceiling. Take out the frount cover ,fastened the neck and back cover to the duct with hidden screws.And put the front cover on the face that will be ok.
