R22 vs. R410A:
R22 characteristics: It is colorless, nearly odorless gas at room temperature, noncombustible, nonexplosive, noncorrosive, slightly more toxic than R12, but still a safe refrigerant, safety classification is A1; It can be liquefied into colorless and transparent liquid under pressure. The chemical stability and thermal stability of R22 are very high, especially in the absence of water, and it will not react with ordinary metals below 200 ℃. In the presence of water, it only works slowly with alkali. However, cracking occurs at high temperatures. R22 is a low-temperature refrigerant with a refrigeration temperature of - 80 ℃.
R410a is used in variable-frequency air conditioners. It is a new environment-friendly refrigerant, which does not destroy the ozone layer. Its working pressure is about 1.6 times that of ordinary R22 air conditioners. It has high refrigeration (heating) efficiency, improves air conditioning performance, and does not destroy the ozone layer.
R410a characteristics: R410a new refrigerant is composed of 50% of two quasi-azeotropic mixtures R32 and R125, mainly composed of hydrogen, fluorine, and carbon. It is stable, non-toxic, and has excellent performance. At the same time, because it does not contain chlorine, it will not react with ozone, that is, it will not destroy the ozone layer.

R410A is internationally recognized as the most suitable refrigerant for replacing R22 and is widely used in Europe, America, Japan, and other countries.
